  Responsibilities would include:
  *Perform life of mine forecasts and planning.
  *Update and audit the metallurgical accounting.
  *Review procedures in the Lab and Technical Department.
  *Perform cost analysis on projects.
  *Focus on rate determining steps to allow production increase with minimal cost.
  *Liaise with operations and supervisors to focus on KPI`s.
  *Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report.

  What we need is a degree qualified chemical/metallurgical engineer with 8 + years experience in a continuous process operation with strong communication skills.
