  Your responsibilities would be to ensure the smooth running of the plant which would involve trouble shooting to ensure productions targets are met, liaising with operations, met accounting,budgets and mentoring junior mets.

  You must hold a chemical/metallurgical engineering degree with at least 5 years experience. Good computer skills will be advantageous. You will need to be a good decision maker, able to assess problems quickly and accurately and able to formulate comprehensive action plans.
