  Your responsibility will lie in your abilities to successfully manage pit operations and management systems.

  You will be accountable for planning, leading and controlling the operational personnel and equipment directly related to achieving successful production levels on site.

  You will lead the way in safety principals being adhered to, also delivering individual and team production targets through a cooperative approach with the workforce, meeting production targets whilst working within budget constraints.

  You will need to be a good decision maker, able to assess problems quickly and accurately and able to formulate comprehensive action plans. Including strengths in leadership and proven capability to lead mentor and supervise a team.

  Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering is a must, as well at least 8 Years operational Mining Experience.
