• This role calls for an enthusiastic Senior Metallurgist who understands the need for innovative thinking and robust initiatives, because thinking outside of the square is the key to this role.

  You will be reporting to the Metallurgy Manager and be exposed to all aspects of the day to day running of the concentrator area, set process operating targets and providing direction on met issues.

  Key responsibilities would include:
  *Monitoring critical equipment
  *Optimise plant performance by identifying and implementing process improvements
  *Metallurgical accounting
  *Mentoring Junior Mets
  *Project planning and budgeting

  You should posses the following:
  *Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering
  *At least 5+years experience
  *Good analytical and problem solving skills
