  So basically if you`re a metallurgist with a strong technical bias, then you can`t go wrong with this one because the role is expected to move senior within 6 - 12 months.

  Responsibilities will include:
  *Plant Optimisation
  *Troubleshooting
  *Providing technical support
  *Mentoring the graduates

  The job requires a degree qualified chemical/metallurgy engineer with at least 5 + years operational experience. You will need to be a highly motivated self - starter (which I`m sure you are) with good communication skills.

  The role has a technical slant. You will need to have good computer and communication skills and a pyrometallugical background would be an added advantage.
