  - 6+ yrs exp
  - Manage the day to day development of a team of metallurgists
  - Manage metallurgical resources
  - Training and mentoring
  - Oversee the resources required to meet short and long-term technology and capital plans
  - Production planning
  
  Plant Metallurgist
  - 3yrs exp
  - Auditing of metallurgy accounts
  - Step in for Snr Met when away
  - Analysing and modelling of plant performance
  - Plant optimisation
  - Trouble shooting
  - Be able to work in a team and independently
  
  Process Engineer - Perth Based
  - Design experience. .
  - Completed a project cycle in the past.
  - Iron ore project experience a defiant advantage.
  - Supervised or managed test work
  - Commissioning experience
