  Your previous experience in a base metals operation and good computer skills and the desire to keep recovery targets as high as possible is the key to being successful in this position.
  
  You would be complementing a team of metallurgists who are resourceful and flexible in their approach to problem solving. As a team you would be able to draw upon all your previous experience, embracing the challenges of running a successful operation.
