EMS Recruitment was formed in 2004 to help alleviate the stress of staffing problems that our own engineering company, Engineering & Mining Solutions Pty Ltd was facing in staffing up modification and debottlenecking projects for the mining industry.  Due to the difficulty in gaining skilled professionals – both with our company and for the clients, EMS recruitment was created.

The recruitment arm was initially only involved in sourcing mechanical design, project and reliability engineers and trades, but over the past 4 years, the company has grown to include Engineers and Designers from the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, Chemical, Metallurgical for EPCM clients, through to Engineers in Mining, Geotech, Metallurgical, Reliability/Plant as well as Surveyors, Geologists, and Business Improvement Specialists for the Mining Industry.
